By accessing or using Cloud Launcher ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. The Service is provided by Cloud Launcher ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

Cloud Launcher is a web-based interface for managing Amazon Web Services (AWS) resources including EC2 instances, S3 buckets, and Lambda functions. The Service acts as an intermediary layer between you and AWS services using your own AWS credentials.

3. Your AWS Account & Credentials

You must have a valid AWS account to use the Service.
You are solely responsible for all AWS charges incurred through the Service.
You are responsible for the security of your AWS credentials.
We do not store your AWS credentials in any persistent database or external system.
You acknowledge that creating AWS resources may incur costs on your AWS bill.

4. Cost Responsibility

Important: Cloud Launcher provides estimated costs for informational purposes only. Actual AWS charges may differ from estimates. You are solely responsible for monitoring and managing your AWS spending. We recommend:

Setting up AWS Billing Alerts in your AWS account.
Configuring budget limits within Cloud Launcher.
Regularly reviewing your AWS Cost Explorer.
Terminating unused resources promptly.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
Use the Service to create resources for cryptocurrency mining without authorization.
Exceed rate limits or attempt to overload the Service.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE.

We are not liable for any AWS charges, resource failures, data loss, or service interruptions that may occur through your use of the Service.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cloud Launcher from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any AWS resources created through the Service will continue to exist and incur charges in your AWS account until you terminate them directly.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
